[7] Private school census (Lee-Collier, Aug 2026)

School-by-school census of private schools within a realistic drive of the site: ~30 schools across Estero/Bonita, south Fort Myers, and North Naples. Composed from three primary sources: the Florida DOE private school directory (current registrations: name, address, grade span, affiliation), the NCES Private School Universe Survey (2023-24 enrollment), and each school's own published 2026-27 tuition schedule. Headline finding: no full-curriculum private K-8 school operates inside the Estero corridor.

Full census table with per-school sourcing available to engaged partners. Enrollment gaps (schools absent from NCES) and unpublished tuitions are marked, never estimated.
